Took our daughter’s car in for service. Glenshaw auto did a fantastic job. The entire staff is amazing. Scheduling, service and each contact with staff was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend!

awesome! regardless of whether i simply have a question, want routine maintenance performed, wish to upgrade my vehicle, or require a repair or part replacement, there is no one that i trust more than the fine people at glenshaw auto. they have consistently and successfully supported me with multiple vehicles over several decades and i will continue to turn to them as needed. it is a pleasure to deal with such professional, genuine people who have the knowledge and wherewithal to accommodate those of us who seek their services. peace to all, give them a call…

I dropped in with my horseshoe error message on my dash. They looked at it right away. Friendly, helpful, comforting. I was given a lift home and was picked up to retrieve my CRv. Both drivers were friendly and knew the area. :). A leak was not found. If it still happens the next day come back and they'd get me right in. I did. They found a very small leak and repaired it. Very reasonable price (none the first day). It's been a few days and im good. This is a group of people who want to help and fix your problem.

So, I scheduled my service via their website. Fairly easy enough. Got a reminder the day prior and drop-off was easy. I received an email and text about services and or repairs needed or recommended. Which was awesome since I do not check my personal email that often. Even speaking to the service writer was comforting. No forced sales of extra work needed. And they are very accommodating, as I requested to have my vehicle dropped off at my house (live 5 minutes away). I didn't have to rush home to pickup up my wife and make sure to catch them before they close so I can pay. I was at ease with them. Not fond of paying high prices but with excellent customer service before and after. No complaints.

I have been a loyal customer for over a decade and am truly thankful for the professional yet friendly atmosphere. The thoroughness with which my Toyotas were and are maintained is second to none. Two older minivans were so well kept that I was offered top dollar, ultimately resulting in my choice of a newer 4RUNNER. Beyond personally requested tasks, any recommendations are prioritized and explained to me beforehand. Scheduling is seamless and I appreciate the availability of loaner vehicles such that my daily tasks can proceed without delay. Thank you to the entire organization! Peace…
